Manchester City s Javi Garcia says it is not easy for academy graduates to secure regular first-team football at Real Madrid.
The 25-year-old came through the ranks of the Madrid club s youth system, but eventually left Real for Benfica in 2009, before eventually joining City ahead of the 2012/13 campaign.
